Now for the big question … Will switching to safe cosmetics break the bank?
Absolutely not! You shouldn’t have to spend all of your money to be healthy, and you don’t.
There are certain luxury products that I will always want to have on hand, but daily care items (the ones you go through the quickest) should be affordable for you. Cleansers, toners, exfoliants can be found at nominal prices, moisturizers and serums are the next rung in the pricing range, followed by facial oils and eye creams. As with conventional beauty products, you can purchase from the low end all the way up, but more expensive is not necessarily better.
Opting for less expensive cosmetics does not have to mean sacrificing quality. There are many products and brands that I swear by and use regularly that are both cost-effective and high-performance.
Here are some of my favorite lines that are both nontoxic and economical:
Benecos great makeup at reasonable prices
Lavera I can’t live without the Basis facial cleansers and Mattifying Balancing Cream
100% Pure Love their lipgloss, eye cream
Acure Organics High performance natural hair products at low prices
Bubble & Bee Love Pit Putty deodorant and their body creams too

Thanks so much for the great product recommendations! I’ve been treating my skin with all natural products for years and have recently started using an amazing system called Super Sexy Skin. It’s fully loaded with absolutely EVERYTHING you could possibly need to treat your skin the all-natural way…diet, exercise, facial massage and homemade treatment recipes.
