Am I familiar with FTC regulations?Yep! I don’t want my clients getting into any hot water over claims that don’t meet FTC regulations and totally have your back on this.
Do I pitch story ideas to bloggers?Sure! This is something I do on a regular basis and one of the favorite aspects of my job.
Do I have a waiting list? This varies. While I can usually get a smaller project turned around within a couple of weeks, if you need something ASAP check with me and we’ll see what we can do. As for blog posts, I require a one week turn around time.
How do I accept payment? We can do either Paypal or a good ol’ paper check.
Do I accept product submissions?Trying out new products is an important part of my job and I do accept select product submissions. That said, I am one person and can’t adequately try out too many products at one time. This means I usually accept samples that fit in with my editorial calendar. But feel free to pitch your products to me. Even if they don’t fit right now, they may down the road. And I never accept payment for writing about a product, brand, or store.
Do I accept sponsored posts or guest posts?Sorry, not at this time.
Do I use affiliate links?Sometimes. It’s one of the ways I support my business. The two things you need to know about that … I only recommend products I 100% believe in and only support shops I care about.
